I assume you know how to login to your Cpanel. In the Cpanel, find the section Domains >> click Subdomains.
After you get in, Typing your subdomain, and don’t forget to add public_html/ before your document root like the picture below. Public_html/ help you find the folder website inside public. It more organizes which website you working on.
Click Create button when you finish. So right now we have a subdomain.
1/ Creating WordPress by Cpanel App
In the Cpanel, you can find Softaculous App Installer in section Software to create a new WordPress.
Setting Information:
From the WordPress APP, fill some requirement information:
Choose Domain: Select your domain name
Admin username: Typing anything you want to be username
Admin Password: Put your password
Admin Email: Your email use for this website.
After filling all in formation, scrolling down to bottom >> Click Install and finish.
