You can find the panel “Text Hover Color” in the style tab of your widget.
The plugin was created for all text editor boxes. You can see it under every widget which has a text box editor. I work best for Heading, Text Editor, Icon box, Image box, and Tab widgets. By the way, the plugin is easy to use and it doesn’t affect any widget.
